Proof before it ships
A vial is only as good as the paperwork behind it. Here's exactly what happens to a lot between the supplier's door and yours — and what we'd rather scrap than sell.
What we refuse to cut corners on
Four policies that decide whether a lot makes it onto the shelf. None of them are negotiable when margins get tight.
One CoA per lot, not per product
The lot number printed on your vial pulls up the exact report for that run. Re-orders of the same peptide get their own fresh analysis rather than a recycled document.
A batch either clears or it's scrapped
Purity, peptide content, and mass confirmation all have to land inside spec. Borderline lots are pulled from inventory instead of being discounted or blended into stock.
Handled and shipped from the US
Storage, order fulfilment, and support all run out of our Florida facility, so vials aren't sitting in transit or in unmonitored conditions before they reach your bench.
The path a lot takes
From supplier vetting to the cold pack in your box — six checkpoints, each with a record attached.

Supplier qualification
Before we buy a single gram, a manufacturing partner has to share their synthesis route, in-process controls, and prior analytical data. Sources that can't document their work don't get on the list.

Incoming lot quarantine
Arriving material is logged, photographed, and held in a segregated area. Nothing enters sellable inventory while it's still waiting on results.

Independent analysis
A sample from the quarantined lot goes to an outside laboratory for reverse-phase HPLC purity, peptide content, and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation.

Report review and release
Our team reads the chromatogram against the release spec. Impurity peaks, water and counter-ion content, and mass accuracy are all checked before the lot is released.

Publication
The approved report is uploaded and mapped to the lot number so anyone — customer or not — can pull it up from the product page without asking us for it.
- 06
Cold storage and dispatch
Released vials stay sealed and temperature-controlled until they're picked, then ship in insulated packaging with a cold pack for the journey.
Promises we can be held to
Anyone can claim high purity. These are the commitments you can actually check us against.
We publish the bad news too
If a lot is recalled or a report is corrected, we post the update and email everyone who bought from that lot. Silence isn't a quality strategy.
No proprietary blends
Every vial contains a single, named compound at a stated quantity. We don't sell mystery stacks that can't be verified against a reference standard.
Reports stay online
Certificates aren't taken down when a lot sells out. Historical documents remain accessible so past work can still be referenced years later.

Ask about a peak on a chromatogram or a storage recommendation and you'll hear back from someone who can read the data, not a canned reply.
