Shipping methods
Choose the speed that fits your research timeline. Final rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
1. Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and processed Monday through Saturday. Any order placed before 2pm ET ships the same business day; orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves our facility.
2. Cold-Pack & Temperature-Sensitive Shipping
Peptides that require refrigeration ship with insulated cold packs to maintain stability in transit. During warmer months we recommend Expedited or Priority Overnight shipping for temperature-sensitive compounds to minimize time in transit. Cold packs are included at no additional charge for qualifying products.
3. Shipment Protection
Every order includes free shipment protection against loss, damage, and theft. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, contact us with your order number and we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund. There is no extra fee for this coverage.
4. Tracking & Delivery
All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery. Tracking numbers are emailed to you at shipment and can also be viewed in your order confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate—Get Better Peptides is not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Get Better Peptides ships to the United States. All products are sold for laboratory and research use only and are not for human consumption. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for temperature-sensitive compounds that require a signature on delivery.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed for Standard shipping. Weather, carrier delays, and holidays may extend transit times. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out and we'll help trace it right away.
